These sessions are a game-changer for many businesses who need assistance with strategizing media planning, marketing, advertising and public relations. From management of television, print, radio and outdoor advertisements to social media, we use a consultative and educational approach to helping each of our clients. We also launched a podcast called Drop and Give Me 20, which helps military entrepreneurs with obstacles they face in their businesses. Our podcast supports our mission to help business owners of all sizes with their individual advertising goals because there are golden nuggets of information provided in the interviews.
We hired Rachael Somplasky as a Brand Associate from the MadSkills platform. Remember in high school when you had superlatives for the yearbook? Rachael is instrumental to our agency, trouble-shooting issues and serving as the glue that keeps the team together. She also dives into any task she is presented and has paved the way for our company to grow by streamlining workflows and creating smooth processes.

Traditional Office Job vs. Remote Job
Traditional Office Job
In a traditional job, all employees work together at the office between 8 am and 5 pm. Brand associates work with clients in-person and via phone. They note client needs and collaborate with coworkers to find solutions. Employees use company software, equipment, and supplies.
Remote Job
A remote brand associate can work from anywhere but must be available during business hours to assist team members and clients. They communicate via email, online chat, video, and social media. Information and data is continuously analyzed to represent their client’s brand best. The brand associate communicates the client’s needs with team members and delegates tasks to deliver performance-based results. Remote hires use personal software, equipment, and office supplies.
The success stories keep coming from companies using the MadSkills platform – outsourcing directly to highly educated and self-motivated military spouses. We hope you’ll join them and find a qualified candidate to add to your team – they’re ready and waiting to assist you!
To me, I wanted to hire someone who was qualified for the job. Period. I knew there was a huge pool of extremely talented military spouses, which is why I posted the position on MadSkills. I look at MadSkills as a highly reputable placement organization and knew if I wanted to hire the best, then I’d have to post the position on a platform that would reach the best! I saw and admire the great strides the owners have taken within the military community and felt passionate about supporting like-minded organizations.
