Title
Help Desk Agent
Company
Where do you live?
Fort Brag, North Carolina
What do you do?
On the weekends, I assist customers through the help desk. I answer any questions they may have or work through issues they are facing with their accounts.
Why do you love it?
I love my job because it was so important to me that I stay home with my two babies. I tried to go back to work, but my son, in particular, had a hard time with the change. I decided that I would go ahead and stay at home for awhile longer. But, I still wished I had SOMETHING that was mine and could use my brain to do. (After talking to toddlers all day, it becomes a necessity! Haha!) This job has given me the opportunity to stay at home with my family. But now I have other responsibilities, too. I get to stretch my brain power and be a part of a team. Plus, they are the kindest most professional people I’ve ever worked for.
How did you get here?
I submitted my profile on MadSkills and I started browsing the jobs on the site. I came across this position, and it sounded like something I would be able to do. So, I submitted my resume with Thirty3 Productions. I went through the interview process and they asked me to join their team!
